We do not knowingly sell or share personal information about persons under the age of 16. Please click the link in the page footer, entitled “Your privacy choices” to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Data, including targeted advertising. You may also choose to enable online, where available, a universal tool that automatically communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). We will process the GPC signal as a request to opt out.

*No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
User-generated content (e.g., Information You post on the Service, such as comments or reviews about products) is disclosed as specified in Section 4 below (“How We Disclose Your Personal Data”).
B. The Business and Commercial Purposes for Which We Collect and Use Your Data:
The Company may use Your Personal Data for the following business purposes:

C. Retention

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, capitalized words have the following meanings, whether singular or plural:
- Account means Your unique account used to access Our Service.
- Affiliate means an entity that, directly or indirectly, is controlled by or under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
- Application means the Flock Freight software program accessible via website, tablet, or mobile phone.
